Payment Method

Danzia Return Policy?
Items purchased from Danzia are eligible for a full or partial refund if returned in their original package within 30 days of purchase. For US customers, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided at no charge if the return is due to Danzia's fault. Discounted items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit. Undergarments are also final sale. Returns must be unworn, free from stains and odor, and tags must be attached to the original items for a refund. Shipping charges on expedited orders are not refundable. Customers will pay the postage if they request to send unrefundable or unexchangeable returns back to them.
To send in a return, print out a prepaid return mailing label from the Danzia Return Center or from the return label link included in the email from Danzia. Pack the item(s) and invoice into the return bag/cardboard box and affix the prepaid mailing label. Mail the package using one of the following methods: If the return mailing label is by UPS, drop the package at a UPS location without waiting in line. If the return mailing label is by Postal Service (USPS), drop the package at a local postal office or leave it in the mailbox for the mailman to pick up.
Refunds will be processed within two business days after receiving the item. The refund transaction may take 2-3 business days to appear on the card, depending on the bank or credit card company. For exchanges, customers are encouraged to place a new order to receive new items faster. If more than 1/3 of purchased items are returned within a 6-month period, a modified return policy may apply. Danzia will contact customers if they are subject to the modified policy.
